Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of CupIQ, operated by CupIQ, a sole proprietorship ("CupIQ", "we", "us"), at cupiq.app. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What CupIQ is
CupIQ is a sports analytics and information product. We provide statistics and advanced metrics for the 2026 World Cup. CupIQ is not a gambling operator: we do not take bets, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling. Nothing on the site is betting advice or a guarantee of any outcome. See our Responsible Use notice.
2. The numbers are estimates
All metrics are statistics drawn from public data sources and our own modeling; some pre-tournament values are modeled estimates. They are provided for information and entertainment only. They can be wrong, and any single match can defy the model. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using the information.
3. Plans, billing and access
- Fan (free): core statistics, no account required.
- Analyst — $19/month: a recurring subscription billed monthly until cancelled.
- Tournament Pass — $29 one-time: access through the end of the 2026 tournament (July 19, 2026), with no recurring charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes that may apply, which are shown at checkout. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you select, including recurring charges for the Analyst plan until you cancel.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the Analyst subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Because CupIQ is digital content delivered immediately, the Tournament Pass is generally non-refundable once access has been granted. As a goodwill exception, if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not made significant use of the paid features, we will consider a refund at our discretion. Where local consumer law gives you stronger refund rights (for example, EU/UK rights for digital content), those rights apply and override this section.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish CupIQ data or access in bulk without written permission.
- Do not share paid access credentials. Paid access is for a single user.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The CupIQ name, design, models and compiled datasets are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying public data remains the property of its respective sources. Your paid access grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product, not ownership of it.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CupIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any losses arising from betting or financial decisions you make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. We may discontinue the service, in which case we will make a reasonable effort to honour outstanding Tournament Pass access or offer a fair remedy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the United States, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
